RETURN POLICY AND DELIVERY

IMPORTANT INFORMATION 
All orders require a signature upon delivery.
Delivery times are provided as guidelines, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, destination customs clearance, local postal services or absence of the recipient on the delivery address.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Offices Boxes.

RETURNS
Making a return is easy. Just follow these steps:
1.     Send us an e-mail that you wish to return. Please write to mail@claireanastasia.com.  
2.     You should send the items in their original packaging to ensure that they are adequately protected in transit.  Also, remember that the sealing should not be taken off or ripped.         Please make sure to send the package with a tracking number.
3.     Send your package to Claire Anastasia, Galionsvej 54 1437 København K , Att:  Customercare.

RETURN POLICY
You can cancel your order within 14 days upon delivery, and we offer a refund on purchases if returned in the condition in which they were sold within 14 days beginning on the day after you received the products. The refund is only offered if the products are not used and returned to us in their original condition, i.e. intact, undamaged, unused and with their original seal and as soon as reasonably possible. You must not remove any of the security tags or other tags from the product. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.


You will also need to return the entire order to us by secure means to ensure it reaches us in good condition at your own cost. All items must be returned unused and in their original condition, from the original delivery country. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our address. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation notice.

FAULTY OR ONCORRECT GOODS

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of the purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it with the same product in the same size and color, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a refund.

If the item you received is faulty or if you have received an incorrect item to that which you ordered, please contact customercare@claireanastasia.com quoting your order reference number, your name and address, contact phone and details of the product as well as the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advice on how to proceed with the return. Once we have received the item, we will inspect the item and replace, repair or issue you a refund, subject to our confirmation of the fault.

RETURN PROCEDURE
In order to process your return quickly and efficiently you must complete the return form on your invoice and return it with the goods.  All returns should go to the below address:

Please Note: The product is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service or courier service that insures the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, except where the goods are faulty as confirmed by us.


When you return a product to us for a refund:

(1) because you have cancelled the contract between us within the seven-day cooling-off period, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the product in full (excluding the cost of sending the item to you). You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

(2) for any other reason, including faulty Products, we will examine the returned product and then notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable period of time. If the refund is confirmed by us, we will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via email that you were entitled to a refund for the faulty product. Products returned by you because of a defect that has been confirmed by us will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.  In all other situations, you will be responsible for the delivery charges and the cost of returning the item to us.

We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

All refunds and exchanges are subject to the above procedure. It is not possible to obtain a refund or exchange of an online purchase in any store. Items should be returned sealed and unused. Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.
